Helen Gent
Veterinary Nursing Assisitant

Helen has been at Chapelfield Norwich since 1992. She is Joint Head Nurse and has an NVQ in animal care. She enjoys working with animals and the challenges this can bring. Helen has one cat called tiger who has mastered the art of opening the fridge door at home! In her spare time Helen enjoys arts, textiles and design.

Kriss Summers
Veterinary Nursing Assisitant

Krissy joined us in 2012 and has a National Diploma in Animal Management which she passed with triple distinction! she thoroughly enjoys working with animals and has a particular interest in young animals, puppies and kittens, post operative care and anaesthetics. At home Krissy has two cats and a dog. When not at work, she enjoys snowboarding & music and is passionate about animal welfare and the environment.

Ros Hale RVN
Registered Veterinary Nurse, Head Nurse

After starting as a volunteer Ros is now a permanent member of staff. She has completed an animal care course and dog grooming course at City College and has Animal Nursing Assistant Feline Behaviour level 1. Ros has taken on three cats: Ollie, Alfie and Petal all of whom came into CVP as injured strays. outside of work,apart from studying Ros enjoys playing the piano and watching films.

Animal Nursing Assisitant

Penelope joined us in 2016 and has a particular interest in exotics (especially rabbits), canines and all small animal surgery. At home she enjoys horses, rabbits and dog walking.

Georgia Gould
Animal Nursing Assistant

Georgia joined us in 2015 and is currently studying on an animal care assistant course. She says " I love animals and being in this industry as it is what I have always dreamed of doing". When not at work, Georgia enjoys local competitions on her horse and is training her labrador puppy to be a working dog.
